Hello! We are Eric and Jerri Kruep, married for over 20 years with 2 beautiful kids. 

Like most of you, we grew up believing in the American Dream - good schools, good grades, good job, work hard and get rewarded. But after a couple decades in the corporate world, we realized we inflation and taxes were robbing our ability to build the quality of life we wanted. Nothing excessive... but nice trips, a new car once in a while, and the ability to give more away.  We just weren't getting there! So we started looking for another way.  

After lots of research, we started to believe in the potential for real estate investing to support the life we really wanted - more free time and less financial restrictions that come with W-2 jobs. 

At this point, we have two out-of-state duplexes, a local single family home rental, and a local vacation rental. Our journey has not been smooth, and we have made plenty of mistakes. But we realized the best way to capitalize on those mistakes is to use the knowledge we gained on further real estate investing.
